Yes, we offer both in-person sessions at our locations in Burlington and Ottawa, as well as online counselling via video and phone across Ontario.
Our therapists assist various age groups, from children as young as 2 years old to adults. For children aged 12 years and below, we offer child counselling, and for those aged 12 to 19, we provide youth counselling.
The cost varies depending on the type of therapy and therapist. Sessions with a Registered Psychotherapist, Social Worker, or Qualifying Psychotherapist range from $150 to $190 plus HST. Sessions with a Psychotherapist Intern are priced at $100/session plus HST. We also have sliding scale rates available upon request.
It’s important to note that our sessions typically last for 50 minutes. However, we also offer longer sessions, such as 75 or 90-minute sessions, as well as couples and family sessions. The fees for these sessions may vary, so please keep that in mind.

Yes, our therapists are registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario to ensure they meet the highest standards of practice.
Most insurance plans or extended health benefit plans cover counselling from a Registered Psychotherapist or Registered Social Worker. It’s recommended to check with your insurance provider to determine the coverage. Note that OHIP does not cover Psychotherapy or Social Work services. However, counselling with a Registered Psychotherapist or Social Worker is tax-deductible.
After your session, you’ll pay for it and receive a receipt. Simply take this receipt to your insurance provider’s website and submit the information. Once done, your insurance provider will evaluate and determine your reimbursement.
