Julie is known for her expertise in narrative therapy and mindfulness, demonstrating a remarkable track record of empowering clients to achieve meaningful progress. She led a significant review of the Halton Police Service’s handling of sexual assault cases, resulting in strengthened practices and policies to support survivors. Her work has been praised for its empathy, active listening, and survivor-focused approach, leading to positive changes and client satisfaction.

Additionally, she has completed the 5-Day Brief & Narrative Therapy Certificate Program from Windz Brief Narrative Therapy Training and is pursuing a Non-Vocational Biblical Counsellor Certification from the Association of Biblical Counsellors.
