Lauren (she/her) is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). Lauren is seeing clients in person in Burlington, Ontario and virtually (video and phone appointments) to anyone in Ontario.  

Lauren (she/her) is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), who is dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, and young adults as they navigate the complexities of mental health.  With experience working at Reach Out Centre for Kids (ROCK) in Burlington, Ontario, and completing her Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, Lauren draws from her extensive training and experience to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to allow space to be held for growth, personal exploration, and the development of self-awareness.
 
Lauren uses components of various types of therapy including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-based therapies, and Art Therapy.  Lauren supports individuals navigating anxiety, depression, LGBTQIA+ experiences, self-esteem, body image, and ADHD.  
 
In sessions, Lauren strives to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for clients and offers a gender and identity-affirming practice for individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community. She is passionate and dedicated to supporting people in addressing gender and identity issues and body image and self-esteem issues. Lauren works in a way that allows people to feel validated and empowered to work towards their desired changes.
