Sarah Johnston (nee Adams) is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). Sarah is accepting new clients for virtual or phone appointments to anyone in Ontario. Sarah offers individual counselling services for youth and adults.

Sarah is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who is passionate about creating a judgement-free, safe space that empowers individuals to explore their current challenges in a new light. 


Sarah is an active listener and affirming presence. Completing a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, Sarah has gained a plethora of knowledge about mental health and counselling treatments. 
In addition to Sarah’s education, her previous work experience includes working as an Instructor Therapist, supporting children as they navigate challenges related to Autism, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, and Time Management.


Sarah has over ten years of experience volunteering as a mental health advocate in the Burlington community and several mental health organizations. Sarah draws on her previous education, work, and volunteer experience as she supports individuals through trauma, crisis, adverse life experiences, and mental health challenges.
